Pasta and Sausage
Tried & True - Another family favorite - VERY easy

3/4 16 oz package Rotelle pasta
1 16oz smoked sausage
2 14 1/2 oz cans pasta-ready diced tomatoes in olive oil, garlic and spices (I used italian style crushed tomatoes)
1/2 tsp sugar
1 T minced parsley

Cook rotelle as directed on package; drain. Return to saucepan to keep warm. Slice sausage into thin slices. In skillet cook until lightly browned, stirring often. Stir in tomatoes and sugar. Reduce heat to low; cover skillet and simmer 10 minutes; stirring occasionally. Mix sausage and tomatoes with the rotelle and serve topped with minced parsley.
